You create your myTights Box by choosing the quantity, what denier, size and colour. You then decide when you would like it to be delivered and that’s all! We will make sure that when you receive your tights, they look perfect and are ready to be wore. We have choosen what we believe to be the perfect everyday tights.
Once you’re account is set-up, we deliver your tights directly at home or at your work place (you choose where you want to be delivered) and we will send them every month for you to be pretty.
If you want to change anything on your account, update your monthly subscription, change the number of tights, the denier or the colors, you just need to login and edit your subscription.
A myTights box is as small as your mailbox. No need to ask your postman to wait for you or to ask to leave a note for you !
The main purpose of myTight is to take tights off your todo list.
We have created myTights for one main reason to take tights off your todo list. We have all tried to fix our tights either by putting some nail polish on it or simply to cover it with High socks.
Buying tights on a shopping day can be very boring and is not very glamorous and it is always on your weekly shopping list. We believe that your time could be better spent by doing something more creative or more productive or even funnier than spending your free time buying tights !
Although myTight is technically a subscription service, through your online account you can cancel or change it at anytime. Your subscription is entirely flexible ensuring you only get the tights you need when you need them which you can manage via your personal account.
And here is the beauty of our service :) You can adjust the number of tights you have ordered. If you just want a pair of tights it will cost the price of the tights. No extra cost !
We have worked hard with our partners to make sure that the cost of shipping is included in the price of your tights ! no hidden or extra cost for you !
Yes absolutely, you just need to go to your profile page and just put on hold your subscription. Remember to do it at least 24 hours before your next order is due to be sent

Our tights are composed of 85% of polyamid and 15% of Elastane
At this time, we only have 2 shades of color. Melissa which is our nude color and black color.

We are working on a way to reshape the tights using recycled strings. however we are not here yet, but we are working hard on it ! You can recycle at home your tights by creatively creating usefull things for your everyday life
We currently accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Payments are made in the morning of the day your order is due for shipping. You can check out your next shipping date and know when is the payment date on your profile page
You will find a receit/invoice in your account in the invoice tab

For now, we deliver once a month your tights box. based upon your choice, we will ship your tights box either on the 15th or on the 1st of each month. You can update your preference on your account and more importantly when you subscribe for the first time to myTights
We ship all the box on the 15th or on the 1st of each month. Therefor it will arrive the next day or the day after at last.
Absolutely not, for orders below 10 tights per month, the box will go to your letterbox and be available for you at any time !
As of now, we don't deliver outside of Switzerland however you could just drop us a message and we may find a solution just for you ! maybe it's time for us to expand and be ready to ship to Europe !
It could be there is a delay in the shipping process however, if it's not arrived after 4 days of our shipping let us know and we will contact the our shipping provider to make sure that you get your tights delivered !
